Nottingham born JANE UPTON writes primarily for theatre. Her plays include BONES (Edinburgh Festival, 2011, UK tour, 2012), FINDING NANA (Lincoln Drill Hall, 2012, Colchester Mercury, 2013), SWIMMING (Menagerie Theatre Hotbed Festival, 2013, Soho Theatre and Edinburgh Festival, 2014), and WATCHING THE LIVING (New Perspectives Theatre UK tour, 2014). Jane attended Stephen Jeffreys’ Advances in Scriptwriting RADA, received a bursary from the Peggy Ramsay Foundation and was shortlisted for CBBC New Voices Initiative. Her next play ALL THE LITTLE LIGHTS was commissioned by Fifth Word and opens in Nottingham on October 20 2015. HELLO JOHN, IT’S EDITH is Jane’s first audio play.
